Beacon is experienced in providing total facilities management (TFM) for large operations – in Arizona and other states. We work with commercial building owners, government and military agencies, as well as property managers with our primary focus on general building management and upkeep of existing property (not construction).
When establishing a project in a new geographical location, Beacon hires local project managers and supports them with experienced Beacon employees. This ensures smooth onboarding, as well as facilities operations consistent with our enterprise-wide quality-control standards and plans. As part of the SourceAmerica network of non-profits, Beacon proudly employs workers with disabilities, as well as former military personnel who have TFM skills.
