Serving Your Secure Destruction and Recycling Needs
Beacon Secure specializes in providing confidential recycling of paper, media, and electronics for Southern and Central Arizona. Our zero-waste facility will confidentially dispose of your materials in a safe and effective manner that protects both the environment and your data.
We ensure your documents, media, and electronics are securely handled throughout our well-established chain-of-custody process, from the time they are deposited in your on-site container or dropped off at Beacon Group, until they are processed at our NAID-certified facility.
Our document-destruction customers include hospitals, law firms, CPA firms, Fortune 500 commercial manufacturers, military contractors, local, state, and federal government agencies, and many others. Our business clients are all provided the same level of security and service. Documents are shredded to NAID standards and then recycled into new paper products.
Our electronics recycling process follows the same rigorous safety and chain-of-custody procedures. All electronics are wiped using a Pixie Boot system to NIST800-88 standards and then recycled to fulfill our zero-waste promise. Recycling your electronics at Beacon Group is great for the environment, creates jobs for people with disabilities, and extends the life of electronics while raising money for the Beacon mission.
When you work with Beacon Secure, you get the benefit of knowing that your business is providing valuable work experience that positively impacts the lives of people with disabilities.
We are one of the only NAID certified facilities in Tucson.
We help protect you from identity theft.
We keep your business compliant with the law.
Why shred?
- Keeping customer, employee, client, and patient information secure is the law, and companies and organizations that fail to comply face stringent penalties. Eliminate the worry that confidential documents may be carelessly discarded and fall into the wrong hands.
- Every business, regardless of the number of employees and the type of customer records kept, is at risk from various threats through casually discarded documents and improper destruction of customer information: business liability and identity theft; non-compliance with Federal regulations (HIPAA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act); exposure of trade secrets, business records, and sensitive information.
- Shredding prevents identity theft.
