Employ passionate employees

Beacon Group assists employers with understanding the benefits of hiring people with disabilities. As part of this process, we help the employers apply for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) or On-the-job training, if applicable.

 

We provide disability-awareness training, as needed, to supervisors and staff who will work with these employees, as well as share job coaching, either on or off-site, as needed or desired, for either the employer or the employee.

 

The unemployment rate for people with disabilities is far higher than it is for people without disabilities, and the job market is competitive. We are passionate to teach employers the benefits of hiring people with disabilities, including having workers who are well-trained, loyal, reliable, and consistent.
