While nurseries are a place for flowers to flourish, the Magic Garden Nursery and Landscape in Tucson is where Bobby Pizzi came to grow.

“My whole life I wanted to be outside,” Pizzi said. “You know doing landscaping. And I’m very competitive, so this is what I want to do.”

Pizzi got his dream job thanks to help from Beacon Group. The non-profit creates opportunities for people with disabilities by providing employment-related programs, including training and a job coach.
